Iran War Live Trump Pauses Iran Strike, Saudi Arabia Urges Dialogue

US President Donald Trump has announced that he has cancelled a planned military strike on Iran, saying the decision will remain in place if a diplomatic agreement can be reached quickly.

During a phone call with Trump, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman urged all sides to prioritise dialogue, reduce tensions, and work towards peaceful diplomatic solutions instead of further escalation.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned that any attack by the United States or Israel would receive a “decisive and proportionate response.”

At the same time, the humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues. According to reports, at least 17 Palestinians, including several children, have been killed in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip since early Sunday.
